Hi! I’m Heather.

Welcome to New Zealand Wanderer! I live in New Zealand with my husband Joe, and am here to help travelers just like you plan the trip of a lifetime to this incredible country we call home.

I grew up on the East Coast of the USA and met Joe, a New Zealander, while studying in London. After living in London and traveling around Europe for a few years, we moved to New Zealand. That was twenty years ago! Since then, we have traveled and continue to travel extensively throughout New Zealand and want to share our knowledge with our readers.
